Friendapolooza

This weekend ended up quite friend-filled.

On Friday night Shawn and Andrea invited Linzy and I over for dinner. We spent an enjoyable evening over there, hanging out and watching Megan entertain us all.

On Saturday I had some work to do, cleaned the house, and then we went out to dinner at Granite City Brewery with Brenden and Allison, and then went over to Gerard's for a Game Night. It has been a long time since the last time Gerard hosted a game night, so there was a good turnout. The night was a lot of fun, even if we did play the Worst Game Ever, "The TV Guide Game". But things turned around afterwards with Scategories and some retro Guitar Hero 1 action.

Finally, today we had Paul, Laura and Evan over for lunch and to watch the Vikings/Bears game.

The whole weekend was a lot of fun, and it was really cool to be able to see so many people in the same weekend.

Too bad we couldn't put a dent in that 10-2 record the Bears have :(

You're not even going to mention what was going on in the picture you posted? Isn't the title of that picture: "Brenden knows just about everything"? Fun times. (oh, and you don't have to go into which team actually *won* the game)

Bill, It was an ugly game.

Brenden, I didn't want to intimidate anyone who might someday play you in a Jackie Gleason trivia game by publicly extolling your brilliance. This way you'll still be able to talk people into playing you.

Oh my word, Brenden lives!

Send him over to my blog, will ya? There's a "ginger" advert on there I know he'll get a kick out of.

I hope it wasn't the renter I had to evict - she left her real handcuffs behind, and I don't think she can afford to get new ones.
