I've been amused lately at the onslaught of Verizon ads trashing AT&Ts 3G coverage.

For some reason showing the coverage map seems to be a highly effective way of differentiating the coverage. I assume AT&T would claim that their coverage includes X% of their subscriber base (where X is large) and it is therefor irrelevant whether they have 3G coverage in central Wyoming. But since AT&T already has quite the reputation for shoddy (at best) coverage, it seems to hit home and play to Verizon's "It's the network" trademark.

Still doesn't address the lack of an iPhone killer, but Well Played.
